Manager Development Services' SCORM Compliant E-Learning programs are web based, and are perfect if you are are looking for a convenient way to conduct manager training and employee coaching. Each Training Department is able to set various criteria of how, when and where the courses are taken. The Training Department has complete access and review of each Manager or employee's assigned modules and test results. All results are exportable for reporting purposes and adding to the manager or employee's HR file.
Managers and employees taking the courses can pause, sign out, and resume at a later time. All answers to course tests are saved as they are selected. Each student receives a log in and password that is assigned to them by a company's Training Department.
